I can’t thank Direct Paint & Collision enough for the repairs my car had to undergo throughout the years. My family has been going to them for decades, and there’s clearly a reason why.
If you own any type of German vehicle (Audi, Mercedes, BMW) or frankly any make, please go to Direct. They’ve done a beautiful job with repairs within a reasonable amount of time.
Unlike other repair shops, they’ll walk you through the entire end to end process of what needs to be done on your car.
The best part, is that they work well with insurance (I carry GEICO) and will maintain consistent communication with you throughout the repair process. Thank you Ian and Tyler for your service!

I wanted to like this place because they are local, have great reviews, and did generally do a nice job with my car repairs. There was a paint chip missing leaving exposed metal under the fender flare that was missed in their initial repair. They admitted it was missed (in the original photos, clearly untouched) and very apologetic. Fine, not a big deal. Then they rushed the repair because when we got the car back and looked, the fender flare had clearly been put back on when the paint was wet, leaving smeared paint and spots of exposed metal still. While not visible, this would be an issue as it will get wet/salt and eventually corrode, being within the wheel well. They repaired it again and gave it the proper drying time and it looked perfect when we went to pick it up! All would have been well if it was left at that. However, the gentleman at the front desk made it a point to tell us that the reason the area “continued to chip” was because we pulled back the fender flares those couple times to look. Absolutely not. It’s a Bronco - the fender flares are literally designed to be easily removable for tight off-road trails. The repair was missed the first time and rushed the second, so I don’t appreciate being told that their mistakes were somehow my fault. Mistakes happen, but accountability needs to be taken.

My personal compliments to all of the professionals at Direct Paint & Collision! I recommend you stop in to see Sean McCaffrey and the entire team with your claims. I've had two recent car accidents and brought both here, One on snow and another with a "hit and run" deer, both in Delco. My vehicles were returned in excellent condition and ahead of schedule.

This has been the fourth time that I have had work done by Direct Paint & Collision. Ian Mardinly provided me with an upfront estimate from the lowest to maximum cost. He also kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle daily. The paint match is impeccable on my car. You can't even see where the work has been done. As long as I own this car or any car, Direct Paint & Collision will continue to be my auto body company.

From the moment I walked in until the moment I picked up my car from having the work done that it needed, everyone was personable and didn't make me feel rushed with all of my questions. I damaged the left front pulling out by one of those yellow poles that has a metal ring on it that I know I can never see from an SUV. It's also cleaner than when I brought it in, too! Thank you, Direct Paint & Collision!

My car looks better than it did when I brought it in! Looks like they detailed it and even buffed off a scratch not in the area of impact from my car accident. Looks brand new!
