A very rude female salesman
Such people shouldn't work in a store. I'm pregnant with a child, I asked for help, and she tells me it's not your house. Chats on the phone and doesn't even say hello to the buyer. A girl with blond hair and narrow eyes.

The owner should sell this business to someone that will do justice to this community store. I have been here several times recently, it looks as if it might be going out of business. It's empty . No inventory at all. It's a shame.!

I bought balloons last night, Sunday June 16th, right before they closed. Brought home and all balloons were hitting my ceiling. When I woke up this morning they were barely floating. I’m very disappointed that they didn’t keep their fill. Buyer beware of you get your balloons from this location.
Update - I brought these back and was informed they are latex balloons, which per the store only last 7-8 hours. Regardless, this was not disclosed and would have purchased a different type of balloon if I knew they would start to fail at that hour mark.

Do not shop here! Purchased helium balloon for my grandson first birthday. Deflated before got home. Brought it back and was treated rudely with no correction. Unacceptable!

Went in to get balloons for my child’s birthday party. Over the counter staff were incredibly rude, unhelpful, and prioritized their phone over helping other customers, including myself. The store is very unsanitary which is bizarre considering their insane mark up on balloon prices among other items. Won’t be coming back!!

Very impolite people who own this store, the person at the cash register, didn't speak to my wife and myself as we purchased items in their store, she was very unpleasant while checking out never said, thank you and acted like we were honored to shop in their establishment; the person at the calendar was a Indian native from India, she did not have very good manners, and even made myself and my wife feel as if we were unwelcome in this store as black Americans, I suggest anyone of color who is looking to shop at the store to pass by the store, they do not deserve to serve the public.

I’m unsure where the name comes from? 3 balloons cost me $28, certainly not a dollar or two. The woman working was sitting on the floor talking on her cell phone and didn’t even acknowledge I was there for at least 5 minutes, very odd place.

This place had a sign up saying minimum purchase for using a card was $5 and if you didn't make the minimum you had to pay 35 cents cool! So I wanted to buy a soda for $1 and the lady with a thick accent and blondish hair who is allegedly the manager/owner told me the minimum was $5 and i pointed to the sign which said otherwise. So she proceeded to put my soda back before i could even make a decision if i wanted to spend a measly 4 more dollars in her pathetic store. But she already made the decision for me at that point. Rude, nasty and i might say prejudice establishment because they treat customers different depending on your skin color. Won't be back. P.S. take the sign down if you're not going to honor it.

They have an interesting selection of candy. I'm definitely going back there again to get more and to see what other kinds of candy they have that I might want. I didn't really have much time to spare to be in there so it was just a quick look at the candy and a look at the holiday gift boxes that they have for sale.

Had the same experience as most others on here - lady at the counter was completely miserable and unhelpful. Over half the balloons I wanted to purchase (that they had displayed on their wall) weren’t even available. Lady at the counter was just overall terrible to deal with. Wanted to charge 25 cents for a used Wawa bag when I asked for a bag to put my stuff in after spending $50 there. Go to party city, or anywhere else but here.
