If I wrote this 10 years ago I would have given this 5 stars. They had branches that accessible and personable, well informed staff. Now it is a horrible experience. They have closed multiple branches and have removed most of the staff in favor of "virtual teller machines" which is just a fancy ATM. In doing this did the bank pass on their savings to their customers in the form of better interests rates? I haven't seen any change in mine. I loathe going to this bank now and transferred most of my savings elsewhere.

Shout out to Charlotte the bank teller from today. She was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. Charlotte made me feel like a valued member and made a personal connection with me. It left a big smile on my face. You can tell she’s a pro when it comes to banking. And I’m grateful for her customer service and wisdom.

At first I was upset and left a bad review because I was unhappy with the service I received over the phone when I tried to dispute charges that were made on my card after my wallet was stolen. But when I went into the branch the gentleman was very helpful and all my issues were resolved to my satisfaction.

Very compassionate and helpful. Secure cards and credit building are proficient as well as their privacy policy keeping the data intact.

There are days when this branch is closed and it is NOT posted on the website . When I have called to see if it is open there is NO answer . I have had this experience several times . Sad that this happens . And very inconvenient . On February 20th I called three times. No one picked up the phone. No one .

Holy mother of God. It's called Franklin mint cuz they're still stuck in the 18th century. Cant even pay them with a card over the phone or in store. Do not bank with these people

I've been banking with FMFCU for around 5 years now, and used to visit this branch since it was in the basement of DCMH. The newer location in Havertown is really nice & the current staff is pretty great. I've walked in just before closing during the week plenty of times and always been helped with deposits. Staff have always tried to help whenever I've had an issue or a question, or directed me to the right person when necessary. Overall, my favorite of the local area credit unions, and a good (albeit busy, even with 3-4 associates out there's usually a bit of a line) regular branch with convenient hours & location (for me).
