The employees here are the best! They always greet me warmly and help me unload. Thanks to them!

You get a citation if you drop off clothes before they open according to the guy who angrily said to me when he approached my vehicle. This goodwill donation center was named only “Goodwill” for a couple of years before management changed its name to “Goodwill Donation Center” not too long ago. It took years to get that changed. Now they have been open for nearly 5 years now and they never bothered to put up a large sign that should say “no donations will be accepted” when the business is closed and a written policy mentioning citations for dropping off stuff should also be noted. Not threatening with one.It would be a major convenience if they just did what I mentioned above.

They close before the time posted and open early. The guy who accepts donations is extremely grumpy and lacking customer service. The hours for drop off are also very limits and there is no after hours drop off options.

Called "Goodwill" on here. No mention of being a donation center only. Wasted my time driving here. Do not go to this goodwill "store" if you're looking for the actual store part. They're clearly aware of this issue too as the guy at the door immediately stopped me and instantly told me it was a donation center. How many peoples time needs to be wasted? Paying someone just to stand at door and tell people this? Idiotic.

Non contact receipt process. Also workers come to your car and take donations. Easy, peasy.

Often closes early which is frustrating because of already limited hours. Also, what they actually accept differs from what is posted online (or, more specifically, sometimes they take stuff and sometimes they don't, which is super annoying). We now donate elsewhere. The only.plus.is that staff is nice.
