The service team has always been helpful and accommodating to my needs. Especially this last time. I needed a battery replaced quickly and it took longer for me to get there, then it did for the replacement and check of the electrical system. Great service and team.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Everything was done on time and I didn’t feel like I was getting robbed when we paid the bill. They also didn’t find seven different things that also need to be fixed like a dealership would. Highly recommend you guys go here if you need your car worked on.

As a newer driver who is still easily overwhelmed by driving, finding I had a flat tire last week was very overwhelmingly stressful. At the recommendation of my brother and parents (who have used them for many years) I called up Havertown Auto Services and they were able to see me right away that afternoon, take my bad tire, and put the new one on for me early the next morning! Their efficiency of quality service, and kindness through it all really makes a difference. I just got my other 3 tires replaced yesterday, and that too was done in a matter of a few short hours. I was back driving the same day and my car runs smoother than ever. I hope I don’t have any more problems soon, but if I do I will definitely be back because I know they’ll take care of me!

Between myself and my two daughters the guys here have gotten to know us pretty well and always make sure our cars are in good shape. Still waiting for Matt to buy my new car that he keeps suggesting...maybe next time ?

I have been a client for 8 years . The team at Havertown Auto is the best!!! Honest, kind, solid communication, and good prices. One time I had a huge chunk of ice stuck to the bottom of my car and they lifted it, took it off and sent me on my way no charge. Mike and Josh and the team are gems of Havertown.
