I was going to just send a thank you; however, I felt that I should do something more so that more people knew. I was involved in an accident on the interstate a few days ago. It was terrifying as well upsetting due to everything that needs to happen after the fact. I called Jana and was very upset. She was not only soothing and kind, she was empathetic towards my situation and my emotions. She listened to the entire story and then directed me to claims. She could have easily said that I didn't have to fill her in... that I could have just called claims, but she didn't. She was kind and helpful when I needed it the most. Thank you, Jana!

My State Farm Insurance Agent has been Ms. Jennifer Ryan and wow is she amazing! Her work ethic is awesome, she replies quickly, she answers my complicated questions with such genuine kindness and, of course, thorough professionalism.
She is an obvious expert in her field and what is more, she has an uplifting positivity in all of her correspondence, which is a rare combination to find. Jana and her team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable in the insurance and financial services industry and helped me with my auto and home insurance. An impressive level of service, in-depth knowledge, prompt follow-up, and patient attention to my questions. This is why I went back to agent Jana Fong's office for my homeowners insurance. The person in Jana's office who worked with me on the details (and there were many) was John Scarduzio. Having appropriate insurance coverage at an affordable cost required going into details and John has been a superb guide as we worked out a policy that fits my situation. It is possible to buy insurance coverage with other companies, but I doubt it is possible to have the personalized service I have consistently found at the State Farm office of Jana Fong. Thank you, John and Jana.

It was very easy to set up my new homeowners and auto policies with Jana. She is a very professional and friendly State Farm agent. Much better experience and rates in comparison with my previous Allstate agents. Let's hope my long term State Farm experience is as good. I highly recommend Jana to everyone looking for a good insurance rep.
