I frequently shop here for my boys. However, this particular night I went in to return my Amazon purchases. The woman at the counter was very uninviting. Rolling her eyes at the amount of boxes I brought in (4). She said very loudly to a coworker “Can you take the Amazon returns and I’ll handle purchases?” her coworker told her no and when she was ready she responded I can help you here. When I approached the register she gave me a look of irritation mixed with frustration. The entire exchange was uncomfortable and distasteful. The woman was an older shorter in height person. I ended the interaction with a smile and wished her a good night.
I will continue to shop here just hoping for better customer service the next time.

Great store. One of the largest, if not THE largest store, in the area, meaning that inventory is incredible.
Customer Service is exceptional: A manager offered to help me find a dress in a different size -- she spent at least 15 minutes with me as we searched together on Kohl's website. I was so impressed with her willingness to help!

Tried to go to Kohl’s today to spend my Kohl’s cash store was closed due to power outage, even though the power is on. The store gets worse by the day.

sharing an experience from last year and forgot to review that experience on Google. -- We purchase 2 items with Kohls cash and needed to return them, and the store seemed to have a computer glitch where the blue kohls cash they were using couldn't get activated. a manager tried to help and said a certain batch of the kohls cash they had was "old" and got a new one from her office. They gave it to us and we went to use it 3 weeks later (under the 1 month time limit) and it didn't work. Then, we noticed the return receipt which should have the blue kohls cash # had a bunch of "xxxxx". We called and their employee who has access to check this, couldn't figure it out, who I think was their loss prevention person. She said there should be no problem, but never resolved the issue. No accountability or help at all from the store and we lost the Kohls cash.
