third time using this facility - very clean and receptionist was very nice! she also did my blood and but couldn’t do my kidney work so heading to doctors office to see who they suggest! She gave me all the supplies I needed if I thought I could tackle myself!!!! The Lab cor p I went to on Thursday for appt scheduled - I waited 30 minutes before someone informed me their computers were down!!! waiting for 15 more minutes while gal tried to get an estimated time when they would be working! Finally left and came to this facility! no appt and place was filled but only waited for twenty minutes!! Thank you for doing a good job!!!

1.) closes at 2pm , way too early. 2.) cant make an online appointments untill like two to three weeks away, crazy. 3.) expect groups out front at the door and smoking ( mental health , therapy and drug addiction recovery groups have meetings there in the same building), so don't freak out ( like some of the reviewers here have done).

Rude! What is up with these completely inconvenient hours?? Makes no sense for the average working person. Ladies, thank you for smoking right outside the main entrance first thing in the morning. It was great walking through a cloud of smoke only to walk in to a rude over worked nurse running around trying to run the desk and be the technician. Only to find there was a half hour wait from the time it opened. Only to have to leave and walk around smelling like a cigarette.

2 fabulous women at the front desk! I couldn’t believe how quickly my dad was in & out as a walk in patient!
So grateful I came to this location, received a nasty attitude at the first one.. but people have bad days I guess.

Quite possibly one of the worst experiences I have ever had. This location does not accept digital documents from your provider for lab work. You either have to have the provider FAX (Who the heck faxes anymore?!!!) the document or print it out before hand and bring it in with you. Which they don’t mention by the way.
The staff is of little help and generally clueless.
Interestingly enough, you can sign in using a QR code in the office. So they cracked that technology. But try to forward a PDF? Nope! They make you leave and print it out because they won’t even do that for you.
Avoid Labcorp if at all possible.

Very rude! Very uncomfortable! Very unprofessional. I would NEVER comeback. The lady that’s checking people in very snappy irritated mood towards me and when I asked questions she gave the rudest response. She seemed frustrated about the system being down and I felt the frustration directly towards me. I tried to ignore the attitude and remember what I came for but it made me very uncomfortable and uneasy. She kept saying she wants to quit and how much she hates her job. I can honestly say I experienced the HATE she has for her job. If you can find somewhere more pleasant and professional go there. They don’t care about you or your needs here they are just working on the clock for a check with no regards of professionalism. If I can give it 0 stars I would.

My Technician was friendly and skilled...one stick! Her name was Christa (sp?) The woman at the front desk was efficient and courteous her name was Sherria (sp?) They are working!!! In and out in about 40 minutes with 5 ahead of me!!!

Fantastic. In and out in 10 minutes(7:30ish). Fast, courteous check in. Technician found the vein in a snap! Literally couldn't have been better.Hugely better than last year.

I’ve been here two times so far this year and both times I witnessed several unprofessional acts from the woman who is usually running the counter. She is snide and short with many of the customers at the window and brings an air to the place that is displeasing.

People would smoke right outside the main entrance door in a group like having smoke party. My clothes got all stinky by smoke of cigarettes that they were smoking. It should be smoke free zone building where it has clinical lab, Autism classrooms etc. I wouldn’t like to go to that building for any reason again.
