Good evening Google Family. This was my very first time visiting this location of Lab Corp. I went to the main office building first. I used to patronize this place years ago when I was an insurance agent for AFLAC. I was told by a nice lady employee that the Lab Corp was in the next building over. I was in the right area, just the wrong parking area. I rode over there and I checked in. It seemed like there were people that were there after me, getting waited on before me. I was thinking maybe they had an appointment. Finally they called my name. The lady checked me in and asked was I fasting and I said no. My doctor did not call for that. Then it was time for me to get my blood test. The young lady phlebotomist called my name, she was ready for me. The test is quick. My left arm was used and the needle went in, which I hate and then it was over. The young lady told me that I was free to leave. HOORAY!!!! I was so happy!!! I hate going to these places. However I had a great experience and I would come back again and recommend others to come here. Have a great evening Google familly and don't forget to work out, be fit and Fabulous!!!!!

What a great experience! My appointment was at 10:45am on a Thursday. I got there and checked in around 10:35am. Within 1 min, I was called back. Renee was the professional helping me - she was so lovely, got my paperwork together and did my blood draw. You can tell she’s a true professional and knows what she’s doing. I will definitely be back if I need to get bloodwork again!

Just got routine blood work done here. Never again! The older tech who helped me was rude and incompetent. She continued to get my paperwork wrong. When the tech next to her helped her out she was arguing behind the plexiglass with her. So incredibly awkward! Most unprofessional health care experience I have ever had.

Walking HIPAA violation, terrible service and rude staff. You can hear everything they ask patients from the front lobby. Would avoid if you have personal medical history you don’t want shared with everyone. I shouldn’t be able to hear, and possibly write down someone’s insurance information. The staff was rude to anyone who wasn’t over 55 and there’s barely any staff. Can’t believe there’s not a single labcorp that doesn’t make me uncomfortable going to

The American Ministry of Health should be ashamed, the great United States with the most expensive medical services in the world and the worst in the world, simply shame on a blood test technician who doesn't know how to take a blood test from a 3-year-old child, she inserted the needle without finding a vein in front of me and started poking around with the needle inside the child's hand and then passed and stabbed him with the other hand as well, I tell you to do an examination and you will see all the medical institutions around the United States with such bad reviews, where is the American Ministry of Health, an employee of the place smokes at the entrance to the building right on the entrance, you don't need to be an expert in health or morality to understand that Incorrect, paying so much money and receiving third world medical services is simply disgraceful???

Scheduling online was easy. Great communication through email and texts for appointment reminders. Checked in from my car and only waited 2 minutes. Check in to check out took 20 minutes. Staff was nice and efficient. Do your part by bringing your paperwork and showing up early and this will be a wonderful experience.

New to the self check in but had a very good experience with the young lady with the braided hair. Had blood drawn as I was looking at my right arm I did not even know she had stuck me. Very good and pleasant experience.

This is labcorp take 2 for me. Yesterday I was not impressed by the service at the Labcorp on Baltimore pike and today I had the pleasure of meeting the most experienced, most professional, and most work oriented receptionist/nurse I have met. I would definitely suggest everyone avoid the Labcorp on Baltimore pike for better service on West Chester Pike.....overall a positive experience for me....not to mention I was in and out in approximately 30 minutes....

My dad waited 3 hours and never was seen! 88 year old man who could barely hear was completely ignored and sent away after 3 hours! And I still can’t get a hold of anyone for accountability to this!

Best Labcorp location Ive been to. Ladies here are extremely sweet, welcoming and professional (everything you would expect from a health care provider). Clean office and fast service. Not much wait time which is always best. You sign in and get called in in mins

Went to get blood work today and had the WORST traumatizing experience. The first phlebotomist was so incompetent. She tried to draw blood from me twice, and nothing came out. Did you even look for a vein ?! I never have issues with blood work . Previous phlebotomist are always able to get blood from me on the first try . I was also well hydrated today as well . The second phlebotomist stuck me so hard that after I was done with bloodwork, my arm still hurts, and she blew a vein. These phlebotomist need more training. This was the most painful experience ever.
