Very unprofessional and disrespectful. The guy got mad and started to yell when I asked why he wouldn’t drop the tires off to my shop. I asked him for his name he didn’t want to give me it.

I was calling to make an order and received not the best interaction with customer service over the phone and I decided to order elsewhere. Kind of surprised with how the phone call went. As the representative said, "not to be smart...".
