I think this place is clean and has excellent customer service. I only gave it four stars because the access hours are so goofy. I’m someone who needs to access the unit sometimes early in the day or late afternoon. It’s just frustrating that their access hours are more limited than other facilities.

The manager Mark and the team in Havertown office is really helpful and professional! And the storage is safe and maintained clean everyday! I had a really good experience with Mr. Storage! Highly recommend!

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I will always go with Mr. Storage, should I need a storage until again. A bit more expensive but well worth the peace of mind and pleasant experience.
