Got a set of 4 tires, made the appointment and was told it would be around 2 hours. Got there a little early and got out a little less than 2 hours . They were short staff that day. so I do not think it was that bad . Never had a problem with getting tires at Pep Boys. Once made the mistake of getting tires at Walmart, never again

Had a good experience with the Pep Boys on West Chester Pike. Four new tires for a very reasonable price, easy online ordering and scheduling installation, customer service was outstanding, and it was quick. Very satisfied.

I put more hours in reviewing online tire purchases (Amazon and other distributors) which included delivery and installation etc.. gathering costs, Scheduled shipping and open appointments. Pep Boys appears with a local shop holding the tires I'm interested in with available times on that same day. I was in and out within 2 hours the employees were professional and proficient.

My family member went to get an oil change on her BMW. When she picked up the car they told her she needed new tires. I had just replaced all four run flats 6 months ago. Ever since Pep Boys closed and they only have service the place is a big rip-off. Service has to carry that whole building now. I guess they have to make the money somehow. I would suggest you find an independent shop that someone you know has used with a good experience. Check their reviews also. Pep Boys has been run into the ground due to several new corporate owners.

Sunday, February 11th I called the store about my road hazard. The young man told me I didn’t have it. I decided to come back on Thursday to double check the there was awesome young lady named Makayla Who looked my information up and 10 seconds she was very customer friendly she looked up my tire at another store and made my day I needed to have it because it’s going be somewhat bad weather this weekend, and I had the doughnut on my car Thank you for being an awesome person by giving me exceptional customer service
