It hurts me to have to leave this review but this is the second time that Primos has come up subpar. I’m very simple. Turkey cheese on a whole wheat wrap with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sweet peppers hot peppers, mayo, oil on the side and some chips. You forgot the chips no problem. I’ll chalk it up to a little mistake and will not worry about losing out on the two bucks. But how do we continuously mess up the wrap? First time I had an issue the end of the turkey meat… Those little hard edges were stuffed in the sandwich. Then on top of that there’s no mayo and no tomatoes, hot peppers or sweet peppers. It’s literally a dry sub. Again I let it go but today I can’t let it go. It’s getting ridiculous when you forget to put the cheese on turkey and cheese. Again none of the things I asked for like hot peppers and sweet peppers and onions were on the sandwich either. And again we forgot the chips. I Called the restaurant to speak with the manager to express my dissatisfaction, but not surprisingly Dave was too busy to take my call. And I have still yet to get a call back. This place unfortunately now is hit or miss. Mostly miss at this point. Primos is great but this location is no longer worth it. You’ve lost a loyal customer if you care. And please don’t worry about responding and asking me to fill out any questionnaire about my dissatisfaction when you didn’t even have the common courtesy to return my call. Find my number that you took down and promised to call me back with. I won’t hold my breath!

The Nonna Veggie and Veggie Diablo are great, especially if you're vegetarian like we are. Real nice people working at this location and the food was great!Vegetarian options: See above!

I visit somewhat frequently and the people there know me by name, including the owner. The staff always greets me with a smile and brief conversation. Primo Havertown makes a great hoagie, but I return because of the people that serve me. They are the real stars. I have never had an issue at this location. I am confident that if an issue ever arose, it would be resolved immediately. It is easy to use the internet to disparage a business, rather than work together for a resolution. Primo Hoagies may not be the cheapest (nothing is anymore) on the block, but I will gladly patronize this business. I hope that Primo Hoagies stays in Havertown along with the staff. Their simply amazing and the reason I visit. I would not buy a hoagie anywhere else. Thank you for your service!

They put too much sauce, completely soaking the packaging and bread.

Shame on you . You need to get out of the hoagie business. Turkey hoagie tasted like a mush hoagie . No response from anyone even corporate when I complained. In addition, poor customer service.

I love primo hoagies and this place doesn’t disappoint with its food. The chicken Diablo was excellent as it is everywhere. But the service is a bit slow and they were out of dirt pudding. They still manage to serve up the same excellent hoagies every location does though. So they get a good star rating. Their sesame seed roll just exudes flavor when combined with the rest of the sandwich. Yum yum primo.

Never thought I'd be reviewing a Primos, but wow. The food here was delicious..the macaroni salad, deli pickle, bada bing sandwich, and rice pudding. Like really really good, and this hasn't been my experience at every Primos. This will be my go-to from now on. It's clear these ppl care and it shows ?

Love the Nonna Veggie sub customized with extra sharp provolone and cayenne seasoning. Trust me, it's amazing.

I went to the Primos on West Chester Pike and Eagle Road on Wednesday, July 7, 2023. When I arrived at the store there was a man already in the store. I ordered my sandwich and waited to pay. The man (who is nonblack) went to pay for his sandwich with a credit card (we were both paying with a credit card). The credit card machine was not working. The manager came from the back to reboot the cash register. After the cash register came back up the credit card machine still was not working. The manager of this establishment asked the man "do you have cash?" the replied "no, just a credit card." The manager then asks him "is this your sandwich-pointing to his sandwich" to which the replies "yes." The manager then tells the man to take his sandwich for free. The manager then states to me "There is an ATM machine across the walkway, so you can get money out to pay for your sandwich." Oh, by the way I am a black female". I stood there in disbelief. I was totally shocked. I said to him "NO." and I walked out in total disgust. I let all my friends on Facebook know do not give your business to this Primos. While walking to my car the man who received his sandwich for free told me to report him to the cooperate office and he was never coming back to this Primos. And then he told me he was half black himself also. i called the cooperate office while I was sitting there in front of the store to let them know what happened-as of today Wednesday, July 14 a whole week later-NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ME TO ADDRESS THIS MATTER!!!!

Prices are not worth the food or the service. They don’t communicate well and are not helpful at all in service of the customer. They don’t make it a point to get your order correct; it’s always hit or miss. They don’t listen well when you have questions. Even something as simple as mentioning that you have to pay 20 cents for a bag BEFORE you complete the credit card transaction. Then you are left carrying your hoagie in your hands while juggling the peppers on the side. It’s just an annoying experience. The manager does not respond in a helpful way when you bring their shortcomings to their attention. Did I mention that their prices have gone up? There are better places to get a good hoagie and overall experience as a customer.

I asked for the name of their hoagie that comes with sharp provolone and pepper Turkey. The girl tells me the name, I say okay that one. I get home and the hoagie does not come with sharp provolone. I call back to ask to replace the hoagie next time I come in and the manager says you agreed to that hoagie. No, I asked you to tell me which one to order based on the ingredients I wanted since you have all of these special names! They don’t listen well and simply are not helpful. I did not eat the hoagie because it was not what I wanted.
