Good evening Google family. I visited just to ask a question about my blood work for the volunteer position. It is covered by my insurance but I have to utilize Lab Corp since it's on my insurance card. Then I left and thanked the young lady for answering the question. Quick, professional phlebotomists. They keep the suite a bit too cold, and there is no customer-facing front desk aside from automated check-in kiosks. There are nearby amenities and ample parking.

Never schedule a test here. I had come the day prior to schedule a test for my minor child’s, new job. Didn’t have time to stay for a walk in and the kiosk suggested making an appointment. We did for 1:40pm the following day. I received 4 separate text and an email confirming my appointment. Got a text at 12:52 pm saying to click this link 10 minutes prior to said appointment. We arrived at 1:20pm. Walked in at 1:25, clicked the link at 1:28pm and it tells me that the appointment doesn’t exist. To my dismay, I clicked the link again. Same issue. Use; the kiosk inside of the center and scanned the QR code that was generated and confirmed the day prior. Same issue. I knock on the window quite a few times because there is no person to talk to at a front desk. I hear laughing and carrying on in the back and it takes about 6-7 minutes before anyone comes to the door. I go to explain to the lady that came to the door, what’s happening and she completely cuts me off and tells me that I can just schedule a walk in appointment. I ask why on earth would I do that when I have a confirmed appointment and messaging from QUEST confirming my appointment? She refused to look at anything that came directly from quest and refused to service us unless I filled in a walk in appointment. I will never come back to this location again in life. When your companies system messes up, it’s no reason a customer should be forced to redo an entire process all over again when there is clear evidence that it’s a system issue. The fact that there’s no human being to speak to upfront is a real issue. Even worse is the employees lack of giving a damn about it.

It is always tidy, the service is prompt, and your phlebotomists are the BEST at getting a vein in my not-ideal arms the first time.
(The few times I have gotten faint or dizzy I have been treated so kindly too. Not the case everywhere.)
