I went to Rite Aid Pharmacy at 1305 West Chester Pike in Havertown PA. I had a Good Rx Coupon for my medicine. The pharmacist seemed unhappy that I presented the coupon and argued with me that it was for a one time only offer and since I already was prescribed the medication it wasn't valid. I pointed out that nowhere did it state that. She filled the prescription for 60 pills, the label states 60 pills but when I got home there were 30 pills in the bottle. The bottle is too small to hold 60 pills. When I went back to get more pills they would not honor the original offer for 60 total.

The store advertises it closes at 10pm but told not to come in at 9:35pm because they are closed. Pitiful customer service and communication by employee at the front.

I was not allowed to pick up my prescription even though I had the necessary paperwork I arrived before their afternoon lunch break and was refused and deceived into thinking it had to be canceled at another pharmacy

Their computer system is so glitched out that when I tried to make a purchase my bank did even receive a data request on my card, let alone process it. They need IT in there badly, but nooo.

The shift leader Becky was extremely rude and wouldn’t cash my WU after she entered the transaction in the register. I offered that I can pick up the money later today or tomorrow if that’s better. I also offered that I can purchase product to offset the cash payout but she refused and threatened to call the police. So, I called the police myself. There were police officers there trying who understood the situation way faster than Becky. If you are not willing to employ common sense, you shouldn’t be in a management position.

WARNING! If you can choose another pharmacy location, please do! We had an issue while moving and losing a medication. My son really needs it as he struggles with a lot of different problems. The head pharmacist blatantly refused to give me this medication even after the doctor called it in early due to it be lost. She looked me right in the eye and said, "we don't have that here." She refused to give me a prescribed medication and could care less that my son was out of them. I have never in my life dealt with a person so cold and so deceptive. Just a heads up from someone who normally sees the good in EVERYONE....not here. Beware!
