There is a particular store associate who works in the print department who is always very rude and not at all helpful. The rest of the staff are fine. However, he’s seems to always be working!

Very disappointed by the service and the bad behavior of the manager who is a woman, who refused to serve me badly because it was 9 p.m. knowing that I arrived before closing time, despite the employee wanted to help me without letting him do!

I had an enraging experience with a 'Happy Return' due to an obnoxious employee who continually questioned the need for my return. The employee kept insisting that I had the 'wrong code' despite the fact that, after he scanned the QR Code on my phone, an image of the shoes I was returning were displayed on his computer. He asked me if I had contacted the company where I had brought the shoes (No. I just got the QR Code so I could return); he asked me why I was returning the shoes (they were ordered in August for an event in September and arrived in December -- I didn't need them); he asked did I get notification that the shoes were going to be sent late (No. I had even forgotten about them); he then said 'Well you must order a lot of stuff online if you forgot about the shoes (No, I don't but as the need had passed, I had forgotten and was surprised at the delivery); he said they didn't look like black shoes (I opened the box and showed him they matched the ones on the screen). This whole interaction was unnecessary. He scanned the QR Code, the shoes displayed on the monitor matched what I had in the box. End of story, give me the return receipt. I didn't need to be condescended to, interrogated, or judged. A very unhappy Happy Return.

I'm not an expert on Staples' selection, but they have been a good store for me buying ink cartridges. Their prices are reasonable, and they have the cartridges I need. Customer Service has always been good to me. They also have a Rewards program for discounts. I'll see how their discount program goes. I need all the help I can get, to save $.
