The Havertown location is the least convenient bank in America. I’ve witnessed this branch close early before but this Saturday morning at 9:30 am the door was locked and nobody was in…. The times that I was able to enter this bank during normal operating hours the service was bad. I can’t speak for the entire crew but it does seem like they have an issue getting respectable humans to be part of their staff.

Just terrible. We opened a business account for our non profit and it was a horrible experience. I want to close the account due to how unorganized they are and due to them misspelling the business name a couple of times which slowed down our process. At one point, they lost the paperwork that I needed to sign. TD has the best rates for business accounts and we've already issued checks on the account, so it would be more challenging to close. Just unprofessional every step of the way.

Really gone down hill over the past few years. Slow service and incompetent management. Even when I'm the only one in the branch it takes forever for basic banking services

Terrible banking experience. The Havertown branch manager is dishonest and totally incompetent. Took forever to be serviced and ended up being incorrect amounts. Please go with BOA, Wells Fargo or Chase. It's worth the extra drive to save your time, mental capacity, and money.

The Branch is great. Customer service is great. Just one issue. TD bank did an update to security last week or two. Bank feeds for QuickBooks was suspended. When I called TDs phone customer service, they said it's QuickBooks issue. When I called QuickBooks support, they trouble shooted for 4 hours with me. Nothing was wrong. All the time, it was TD. The I.T. part of bank never told customer service. Alot of aggravation for nothing. If customer service knew, all they had to say is QuickBooks bank feeds is suspended. Bad communication.

I've been to the regional bank in KOP and now I'm at the Havertown branch. The purpose of my visit is to get a new debit card as mine was hacked. In both cases, they only have one person that can do this in the branch. I expect service at my bank. I've been a customer since it was commerce. Bank and service was great. I rarely come into a branch but I don't have a choice at this point. All I can tell you is there's lots of banks around that pay better interest that are equally as convenient for me. I'm going to change banks.

Walked in to use the ATM around closing time i guess bc, black male employee in the lobby dancing (shucking and jiving) turns around and sees me at the ATM and comes and shakes the doors to make sure they are locked!!!! It be your own people! I was in the lobby at the ATM and had no intentions of going in but i guess a black man in a hoodie is illegal! Never going back!

Absolutely disgusting branch manager. I walked in to get a new debit card the teller judged me soon as I came in.(was in my work clothes). I have banked with td bank over 13 years I am African American and she discriminated against me due to my race and appearance. Never going back there and im gonna sue them for discrimination that made me feel so low its 2022 stop that hate.

For the third time going to this ATM I’m unable to deposit cash. I cannot have this and a nearby local bank needs to be able to deposit cash through ATM someone needs to change this so the money gets taken out regularly because people need to make deposits

America’s least convenient bank. I have tried 3 times to convert my kids’ TD Go debit cards—bc that product is canceled—into the new debit card for kids, and TD Bank has failed me each time. First, they said I must make an appt online; that webpage actually doesn’t work. So then they said they can’t make appts in the branch for customers, so we’ll have to wait. On any given Saturday, only day with hours that fit our work schedules,, there is one person working (besides tellers who can’t help) and a few people ahead of us. Each customer takes 30 min plus, so I’ve never been able to wait it out because WHO HAS HOURS TO WAIT AT A BANK? Next step: Hoping a teller can close my accounts so I can try my luck at any number of other banks on Eagle Road.
