We've been here when there's been good service, but this weekend, Matt at the desk used profanity twice and was otherwise not particularly professional. If he doesn't want the job, he shouldn't be there. Thanks!

I normally go to this store so I can get my results printed out and then faxed to the Drs. Well today, these two guys were not helpful at all.Scott was one of them as well as a younger gentleman. I have had interactions with a younger guy who was very helpful. Unfortunately today your employees were not helpful at all.

Fully staffed! (two persons each working with customers at counter at all times). Very friendly people work there. Bonus: try the Mexican restaurant next door.

I was at this store the other day and they were very helpful with everything I needed and very respectful. If anyone is in this area, I recommend everyone to stop in if they need anything shipped or returned to printed out. But I would defiantly recommend this place to everyone.

Very rude staff. Reading other low reviews, I see that this is the pattern/culture here.I walked in with a full pregnancy belly simply expecting normal service and instead experienced very snarky staff members. They were impolite, unhelpful, and slow-moving. They honestly seemed absolutely miserable and unhappy.After waiting in the line and even being the only person remaining to be helped, I finally just decided to repack my car and go to another location because the energy was so negative from the staff and they seemed to be making the shipping experience more difficult.The young friendly staff at the UPS Store in Wynnewood next to Nothing Bundt Cakes is soooooo much better. I went there (less than ten minutes away) and was in and out in less than five minutes. (And they had a line!) Not to mention the staff member had the thought and kindness to come from behind the counter to help me lift my package onto the counter when he saw my pregnancy belly. This was obviously beneath the workers at the Haverford store.Don’t waste your time here. Just go to the friendly, efficient UPS store in Wynnewood. (next to Nothing Bundt Cakes and Whole Foods)

Great Service! I have often used this location to return items to Amazon and LL Bean, and they have have always treated me with kindness, helped me with packing and fully explained when my package will be picked up by UPS and when it will be delivered. Thanks.

The owner of this ups is really ill mannered. I had only 6 packages with printed labels. And this old rude guys didn't even bother to take a look at them. And refuse to offer any help. As soon as I get in the store he said I can't take it. If you can't take packages at 6:40 do mention it there so people don't waste their time coming all over just to see your rude attitude.

Worst service. I got there at 6:40 with only 6 packages and with labels. They were tapped from all side except for one. The old rude guy didn't even bother to take a look at them and refused to take them. If you can't take packages why are you open for ? And the rudeness is on anther level.

Bill waited on me, his name tag said owner. He wasn’t nice at all. Didn’t greet me even though I said “Hello” he just took my package, printed a slip, and handed it to me with a nasty look on his face. He never said a word to me during or after the transaction. If you’re having a bad day, please stay home! You’re working in customer service.
