I don't have to much faith as far as having a package delivered to me. I ordered something from Amazon and it was past down to a third party which was the post office . I tracked it and supposedly they could not deliver it because they needed more information to make the delivery. So I called the post office to see what was going on and didn't get that assistance I needed because no one answered the phone. This has happened to me before and was told by the clerk at that time after driving to the post office that the package was placed on the wrong route . This leads me to believe that this has happened again which is probably why they couldn't find my correct address.

I went to this location and was in and out. No one arguing, kids misbehaving, no wait I line. I live closer to Bywood location and was there at 8:45 and they were still not open. It's convenient for me location wise, but I'd go the extra mile to
Haverford.

Haven't been here or any post office in a while. The cashier was so nice, I had the wrong shipping box and he gave me the right one and was so pleasant. I wish I would have gotten his name. The location was busy but the lines moved fast. The location was clean and neat as well.

I love going to this particular Post Office. Always in and out. If there’s a line it moves very quickly and the staff are always polite and helpful.

The service is good and personal very helpful. Yes, they seem indifferent but they do the job. They're as good as it gets. I wish the hours were expanded hours.

I run a small business and need to drop off packages. I only go there because it's the closest to where I live and because their lobby is open 24/7. The staff there almost NEVER empties the collection box. It is almost always full. One of the customer went to ask them "why the collection box isn't opening". Their answer was "it's full! That's why you can't open it." Did not attempt to empty it or come out to assist. I mean the audacity!!!!!!! What kind of postal office won't empty the collection box. It defeats the point of having one. Even when asked, they don't care to empty it. Like what kind of employees work here. Absolutely disgusted !!

This morning (4/15/22) the lady at the counter was the most friendly, helpful and accommodating employee I've dealt with. She was genuinely pleasant and went out of her way and helped me big time.

my package from overseas was returned to the sender without notice. I only received the notice about the package in the post office and waiting for me to get it, and when I got there five days later it was returned already which should have been held for longer per policy. I was very upset about the decision. It was such a waste of time and money!
