Worst customer service at the Havertown branch!! It's not good service to double book appointments and turn customers away, especially existing customers. The entire staff have no clue about privacy laws. Instead of talking to me in a empty cubicle or at a teller window, the staff continued to interrogate me about why I came there in the public waiting area. Even after I told them, I didn't want to discuss my business in a public area and there was a couple there waiting for service, listening and watching this whole ordeal, I felt force to comply. The excuse was someone left the company a week ago and didn't close his scheduling calendar. If management did their job well, this would not have happened. The text confirmation for the appointment held no weight. The staff just shrugged the situation off. I wish I had time and enough space to give the play by play of my experience this morning. The highlights were 4 people came to me asking the same question, I was turned away even though I had a scheduled appointment, and the staff disregards privacy concerns. I was offered to reschedule the visit. Really? This was not my first time experiencing rudeness from the staff there. Respect me, my money, and my time. The corporate office will be hearing from me next.
