I detest going here. The fact that I even need to go to get help with simple tasks that should be done as self-service speaks for itself. Showed up for a simple phone switch (because it kept failing online), one worker couldn’t wait to go home for the day, went around and pulled down the gates at all the windows. Then instead of helping me, set me up on the iPad for “more advanced customer service“. First guy didn’t speak English. Second lady was very helpful but the mic on the iPad did not work so I had to chat with her the entire time. Eventually, the store closed, but I was still being helped and you would think one of the six employees that were still there would come over and help expedite my issue, boy was I wrong. For the next 30 minutes I had to listen to them scream, chitchat, and gossip while the lady on the iPad continued to help me with my problem. Store employees are useless, if you need help, just call the number or chat with them as that’s what they’re gonna make you do if you come in the store anyway.

Exceptional Service from Darnell at Xfinity Comcast, Havertown
I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received from Darnell at the Xfinity Comcast store in Havertown. He truly saved the day!
Darnell possesses excellent customer service skills and is an attentive listener. Three weeks ago, I purchased a new TV and struggled to connect it to cable. My experience with customer service over the phone was challenging, so I decided to visit the store. Upon my arrival, Darnell greeted me with a warm smile and noticed that I was a bit upset. He calmly reassured me and took the time to explain and demonstrate exactly what I needed to do to pair my TV with the cable service.
Thanks to his guidance, my husband and I were able to successfully make the connection, and we were thrilled when it finally worked! I truly appreciate Darnell’s hard work and dedication to helping customers. His efforts did not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated!

Typical Xfinity sell sell sell sell sell almost no help whatsoever I don't understand why commission comes before customers and they don't even understand what they're selling I was asking for a product that they should have that I know they have but they couldn't find her or didn't know anything about it

Discontinued my TV and Phone but kept my Internet. Great sales rep helped with the process. Returned boxes and remotes. In and out within 5 minutes!!

I only needed to do product return. It was an open uncramped space with calming music. The staff was kind in a way that seemed matter of fact, which felt more sincere/sustainable/undraining for them.
They seemed to be intent on communicating to all persons waiting. And I got out much sooner than I was worried about.
