Talk to Blake. He was the best. He dealt with my frustration and upset, superbly. He never flinched and he listened to me and then, best of all, he HELPED me and kept a customer. Thank you so much for everything. I do appreciate it.

My husband came in today after getting hours wasted with the horrendous child like customer service calling the customer service phone number. He went in today and got perfect service from Nikole Green from the Havertown location. She was extremely nice and helpful and likely the only reason we still have Comcast.

Yes they held the door for me and took back my equipment but I didn't like the way they handled it they charged me $270 for equipment that I didn't even get a chance to return until after I spoke to somebody on the phone they had these so-called rewards and I've been a customer for over 5 years and never received one reward to use them for this is one of the worst cable companies ever dealt with just for internet and Wi-Fi they were charging me $90 a month I would not recommend this Xfinity company to anyone

Went there expecting the worst. Tatiana greeted me at the door immediately. Very friendly, helpful and polite. I was in and out with a replacement cable box within 15 minutes.

Returned cable box equipment at this location late December, was immediately greeted by Nikole upon entering the store, who was able to process the return quickly and without issue. I was so taken by Nikole's enthusiastic and upbeat nature, as well as her 'do what it takes' position on completing the transaction. I felt compelled to let those interested know that Nikole, and I'm sure all of her colleagues at the Havertown store, make this a GREAT location to visit for any reason that may require a personal liaison between an Xfinity customer and the Brand. Thanx again, Nikole - your assistance was truly and greatly appreciated. Because of staff like Nikole, I am sad to be forced to leave Xfinity as a result of a relocation to one of those rare areas not serviced by this company.

My husband and I worked with Nikole to set up a new plan/ upgrade a device and she was great to work with! Amazing customer service and was very informative with every step along the way. She made a phone store experience very easy!

Everyone I interacted with at this store was so pleasant and helpful. I went in to cancel my cable and upgrade my internet services and it took maybe 15 minutes tops? You’ve got a great crew at the Havertown Xfinity Store!

The representative at the Xfinity Store on Township Line Road provided exceptional service. Despite initially intending to cancel my service, their assistance and offerings not only met my needs but also left me feeling genuinely satisfied. Their helpful approach and additional services offered ultimately brought about a sense of contentment, turning what could have been a cancellation into a positive experience. Thank you for the great service!

If I could make this 0 stars, I would. Our experience has been awful at this location. On 11/15, after being told by the 1800 number people that we had to go into the store to update with moving, we went in and spoke with an associate. He supposedly put the order in for the new equipment to be delivered to the new house. It was to come in about 5 days. Those days came and went and it didn’t get delivered. We reached out to him and he confirmed the order but said someone had “cancelled it” and he had to put it back in. We called the 1800 number again and they said we could go pick up the stuff in the store (no one told us that to start with). We picked up the equipment on 11/22 and took it home. We tried to activate it and it wasn’t working so we called the number again and they said the store employees didn’t activate it before they gave it to us (a step that has to be completed before we could do our part at home). We went back to the store again today 11/24 and asked to speak to the manager. He told us he “wouldn’t be able to help us” and walked away. Supposedly the equipment will now work when we get home. The employees and manager thus far have been highly inefficient and have cost us time and the cost of data since we haven’t had wifi. Would not recommend this location or service.

Ron was extremely helpful, patient, thoughtful, and knowledgeable . He assisted us with a number of issues and made sure everything went smoothly . We had an excellent experience at Havertown Xfinity .

For 3 straight months our xfinity bill has not been billed correctly- store representative keeps saying there is a major backlog and hopefully will be straightened out soon- but month after month getting the same song and dance I have no confidence this will be ever straightened out! it's sad that a company as big as Xfinity can offer all these promotions but can't actually give you the promotion!! I wish I had never switched to Xfinity!!
