My transaction was done completely via e-mail. I inquired about a Steiff piece which they had in stock, I paid, and it was delivered. The packaging was done securely and the piece was in perfect condition as specified. Reasonable price on top of it all. I am completely satisfied. Thank you very much!

Not the type of toy store you want to bring your little kids in for some everyday shopping to fun, most items are collectible/antiques. Expect retail tags to reflect. Which is not a necessarily a minus for people who know what they are shopping for when it comes to collectibles. A bit disorganized and some things aren't always tagged correctly. Make sure you know what you are looking for and what price you are willing to pay. Every time I find something I like without a tag..the owner goes straight to Ebay and likes to throw the Mid to high dollars at you most of the time unless it obvious the condition of what you found is less than what is being advertised in Ebay. Owner is willing to haggle a bit and usually works better if you have cash to wheel and deal with. Def needs some love and tender when it comes to how everything is stored and organized but works out when looking to negotiate price. 3 1/2 Stars for the most part here. We found somethings we were looking for the few times we have been there.

Is there a way to give 0 stars? This place is absolutely dirty and stuff is thrown around every where, no organization to it. My five year old said, "Mom, it's gross in here." When we looked at a toy car thrown in a box on the floor, scattered with about 20 other random items, we got yelled at that is was for eBay. How am I supposed to know that without an organized row titled not for sale? The items are literally thrown around everywhere on random dressers , in boxes and on the floor throughout the store. You could literally see the dirt and dust everywhere. Employee was really rude overall.. We started feeling sick and sneezing just being in there and got out asap when they couldn't even process payment for the one small toy we wanted. Smells awful too and it was coming from walls and carpet which made it feel unsafe with possible mold.. I don't really care if it's a collectables shop. if you have one of a kind items, wouldn't you take care of them? Stay far away.

A hidden gem in Havertown. This place is for adult collectors. I wouldn't recommend bringing children here, it is not geared toward little kids, most items are vintage and behind glass. I loved my experience there, I haven't been there recently, (but I enjoyed it pre-covid). My only criticism would be the lack of pricing on most items. It can be annoying having to pick up individual items and then asking for the price, I like knowing how much things are as I shop. I would recommend a visit!

Visited while Christmas shopping on a day designed to support small local businesses. I've seen the sign outside of the house next to the beer distributor, truthfully I didn't know you could go in to shop. Found some fun old Simpson's memorabilia. Lots of old toys. Worth a visit.

Owner was Extremely rude when I called to ask about information and had a uncomfortable sounding tone to her voice and talked to me as if my call was a inconvenience to her. I really wanted to buy a doll here but the negativity and attitude will be causing me to look elsewhere. Also told me that porcelains are only from the pst 20 years , but they have made porcelain dolls since the 1800’s !
