I moved here recently and in my former town I would go the the Dunkin' at least once a week. I tried the Hawley Dunkin' a few times and each visit was bad. There always seems to be a long line at the drive up window, and if you want to go in and order, half the time the inside wasn't open. They often get the order wrong. The final straw for me was when the filled my coffee so full, it dripped all over me. Yes, I want a full cup, but not so it seeps out. The staff didn't seem to care that I got coffee all over me. I am never going to this Dunkin' again. If you want a coffee and donut or muffin to eat, go to Turkey Hill. Lots of coffee choices and the price is about half of of Dunkin'.

Never open first closed everyday at 6pm now its 8pm ... all other Dunkin's open 24 hours or at least till midnight. I have been going to write a review for a long time I have been giving them every opportunity to fix the problems. Long lines out past the road onto route 6, the lobby only open when they feel like it. Place your order ahead still have to sit in line for 40+ minutes. It is beyond me that why Dunkin Donut's would allow whoever is leasing/running this place to just do whatever they want. I have enen had hot coffee that was cold, orders are never correct. I realize that people are having trouble keeping help these days. But that has nothing to do with the "Management of this Dunkin. I will not go there anymore I dirve to the Dunkin in Honesdale or the one on Route 739 Super Service. Please.....fix this problem or close it.

I ordered a large iced coffee, three cream and three Splenda. It seems they never really put much cream in, but this was okay this time. The ice is just a little of it and lots of coffee. It is a good iced drink but if you want colder coffee get a cold brew coffee. Anyhow, central location and helpful staff are great.
