Went there to add cash to my cash app lady was rude had an attitude needless to say I matched her energy because the customer is right and she is wrong if she can't handle her job then she might as well stayed home. Never been so insulted by a Cvs staff member in my life. I hope she takes into consideration of how rude she comes off to customer in my opinion she shouldn't be working there

There's a woman there who works at the cash register that I have to write a review about. She has the worst attitude/manners and I think CVS should pick employees who are nice and pleasant when assisting customers.
I've encountered her twice. Once to check out, but I was using self check out and I pressed the wrong button and she got mad at me. Second encounter I just wanted to return a ups package and she had some rude remarks about where I placed the freaking label. I PLACED THE LABEL THE SAME PLACE THE OLD LABEL WAS. Seriously she is so so incredibly rude and nasty, please replace her with somebody with a pleasant demeanor.
, I love shopping at CVS because there's not much else out here in Paupack, but I'd much rather go to the DMV on the busiest day of the week then go shopping at CVS when she's there.

I never leave reviews, but this is the worst CVS ever. The workers are so rude, you can’t even ask a question without them giving you looks. I was so polite and one of the workers couldn’t even bother turning around to look me in the face. Extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. Every time I come in here I’m so disappointed. Don’t bother getting any photo services done here either because I don’t think they know how to work the machines. There seriously needs to be a change within this store.

You people really need to check your dates of your products. Selling expired products is illegal. I will continue to take my business to IGA because at least they care about the well being of their customers. I have proof of the date of the soda I bought in this CVS location and a photo of my receipt from the same location. I have no reason to lie here. Didn't even realize it until now while I was trying to have some soda with my food. Ridiculous!

Unfortunately my meds are critical to me. Im sure to not be alone. Over the last 4 years Ive been using Rite Aid because of convenience and the services being rock solid. Staff were friendly and professional. Well, as you nay know Rite Aid is Out of Business so I was forced to change like everyone else. I tried online with Optum and that was a disaster scene for weeks until shifting to CVS. Wow! The AP is awesome. So detailed and convenient!
Unfortunately, the Hawley PA location does not wow me at all. Its hit and miss when you go but my general observation is they have more pharmacy customers than they can handle in this location. Staff seem stressed and the order system unrefined. It mixes in some new technology but lacks a good floor plan to support modern process of other newer stores. I include a photo here of the aisle where a line on a busy day can be 5-8 deep. The store needs updates badly to meet demands.

If could give a score of -100, I would!!! One of the workers told me OTC PRODUCTS market with blue, but no one knows if your insurance covers it! Until you go to checkout! The manager without a name tag at the cash register could not tell me either what was not covered! She had a terrible dismissive attitude and obnoxious comment! Basically pay and get the hell out!!!

The old woman working there is just rude. I get it! She is old and probably tired, but don't work then! When customers ask questions, it is because they need answers. This woman is just down right rude!!!

They have been understaffed for quite a while. Whenever I go there, no matter what time, there is no one at the register. I have had to wander around the store looking for help. I don't understand why they don't have enough people to cover the register. I also get my prescriptions delivered to avoid the wait time at the pharmacy.

Went to this CVS a few days ago, nobody was in the register people were using self check out. When it was time for me and my family to check out, the employee ran to the front to watch us scan our items. Once we were done she went back to doing what she was doing and never watched the other people checking out.

For the most part it's good. Two things:
1) Any discounts and coupons should come off at the checkout time after swiping CVS card-automatically.
2) screen for typing your phone number should not come up AFTER you already swiped your CVS card.
P.S. your employee saved my sister's life 3 weeks ago in your East Stroudsburg store,her heart stopped and your gal used the paddles to jump start her heart and then administered CPR until medics arrived. My Sis is coming home today,after a Defibrillator was put in. THANK YOU ma'am, and thank you CVS!!!!

First time in this CVS store and loved it ! Very clean and staff is helpful with a smile
! I was there for a presentation and had great care and met the pharmacist due to address change to use this store . I love the prices and selection of all in this store , I even found great pair of reading glasses and Valentines gifts for family . I’m already a fan of this CVS and I will be back to shop also.thanks for a great welcoming first visit !

Went to purchase a few things and was literally followed through out the store by an older employee and she even stood behind me, while i was scanning my items, through the self checkout..will never return here to spend my hard earned money.

The fact that people depend on this for life sustaining medications is sad. The pharmacy is the most poorly run pharmacy I’ve seen. Walmarts shitshow earns awards compared to this.
CVS is going bankrupt for a reason, move your scripts before it’s too late
