CVS in Hawley is a very busy store, so you have to expect delays in picking up your medications. They are working as fast and hard as they can. Everyone is professional and friendly. I would really like to appointment Frank Sierra, the pharmacist for employee of the year. I really hope you realize what a valuable employee you have. I am 67 years old and have never had such a helpful friendly pharmacist in all of my dealings with several CVS stores.

Hard for me to decide on rating. I have had nice friendly people helping me. It is clean , so glad I'm not on heart meds. I've been waiting 3 days so far for my meds. The longest they made me wait was 13 days. So I don't understand that at all

Prices are too high as at most CVS's. The store is clean and well stocked. The pharmacy department is great although extremely busy at all times. The pharmacist here will help you out.

The worst place ever. Can't even do their job. They couldn't fill my prescription because they were sold out. Asked them to send to Wal-Mart and couldn't even do that. Stay away. I think Wal-Mart is a better option and cheaper.

Worst pharmacy in the area! Expect a 30 min wait every time, one person on the register while 5 people watch from the back doing nothing at allWish I could give negative stars ??

We had a very pleasant visit to CVS in Hawley. For some reason, drugstores often have staff members who seem very grumpy and unhelpful, but at this location, we were asked what we were looking for and pointed to the right aisle by a male employee. My son was sidetracked by the toy aisle and an employee named Autumn was very kind to him, treating him like an adult customer and helping him find the prices on toys. He chose a toy that required batteries and she helped him find the cheapest set that would work. The woman running the check out counter was also very pleasant. The store was clean and organized. It was a very pleasant drugstore.

As a provider, I have never seen a worse pharmacy like this one. Extremely rude staff all the way to whoever claimed to be the manager who had the audacity to tell me "I do not have time play games..." when I called regarding a patient who is trying to find his medication given the national shortage of stimulants. First, they were rude to my office manager and when I called, the person I spoke with was extremely rude and hung up on me. Called the second time asking for a manger and he confidently stated he was the manager and went ahead to state he does not have time to play games after I told him I was a provider. Unbelievable! I guess there is a reason, they do not give out their names. Recommendations for CVS leaders do well to train your staff to provide customer service to an ale=ready vulnerable population(patients) who need their medication sand are paying for it. A clean house is needed for this particular pharmacy! No wonder, CVS is closing its doors! Ridiculous! A whooping zero stars is what this CVS deserved. Wrong people in the wrong profession, that's for sure!

After having another customer cut the pharmacy line and me asking why it was allowed, I was scolded and berated like a child. The argument continued with Ashley who then denied to give me my medications. I asked for a manager and was told there was none on duty. I asked for Ashley's last name so I could make a formal complaint later on and she then accused me of harasing her. Now in an effort to protect myself against the false accusation of "harrasment", I called the State Police to have them intervene and to advise me on my rights of being denied my medication and being falsely accused of harrasment. I am now seeking legal counsel to take further action against CVS and their employee.

The pharmacy personnel has very little compassion. There is one older woman that is borderline nasty. I had all my regular prescriptions transfered back to the pharmacy that I used to used in NY because the lack of professionalism in CVS Hawley. I only use them for prescriptions that I need immediately. If you have another option for a pharmacy use it.

I was ripped off. I needed needles for my pen injector. Only needed 3 needles. I was told they were only available in boxes of 100 for $48.00. I know they have open boxes they draw from when they give out prescriptions. The courteous thing would have been to just give me three needles, the cost is minimal to them. But they chose to charge mne $48.00 dollars for a box of 100 tips which I can get delivered to my home the next day by AMAZON for $9.87. I find CVS pharmacies to be a rippoff for everything, so I avoid patronizing them whenever possible.

If i could give it no stars I would! My doctor has to call in my prescription at least 3 times before they claim they have it-every time. Communication through their web interface is poor at best-always says "in process" but no details about why. Rude when you go in with questions and always understaffed. Compare to the Walgreens in Milford which is excellent-but I have to use Caremark so I am stuck!

The customer support bot that picks up if you call is barely coherent and will take about 20 minutes before allowing you to speak with a human. Then the human will hang up on you any time there is silence for more than 2 seconds. The store is always empty, too, they have nowhere near enough traffic to justify this.
