Easy to deal with these guys, I set up my account 2 years ago and since then I never have to worry about my propane at our lake cottage. They show up automatically for refills whenever it's needed, great peace of mind.

Terrible customer service. The techs/drivers and after hours reps are great but the dispatch team and regular customer service are awful. My monitored tanks completely ran out of propane over the weekend. I called immediately and was told I can get a small emergency delivery which only lasts for a day. I called the next business day was told I’m not yet scheduled for delivery but they can see the notes stating my tanks are empty, we’ll get to you when we can. I asked for an more definitive eta and was told 5-10 days but could be sooner since my area’s schedule isn’t busy. When I asked to speak with dispatch, was told they don’t speak to customers and I can check back at the end of the day to see if I’ve been added to the route yet. Meanwhile my household cannot shower or turn on the heat. This is not okay, especially at $4.15 per gallon. If I’m paying $1k per month for propane, the service should be way better than this.

I called today to set up an appointment for a delivery . Customer svs transferred me to a different dept, with established accounts . It was a little before 4 pm on Friday . I was left on hold for 45 minutes then I hung up tired of the ridiculous waiting time .
I called back and the system informed me the office had closed at 4 pm .
So the office is closed yet customer svs failed to inform me of that and the system kept me on hold , music going , even though they were closed .
Nice way to treat your customers.
Total disregard for their time and complete disrespect . .
I would not recommend this company to anyone after such appalling experience.
Find someone who doesn’t take their custom for granted and treats with respect .

Spoke with them today after realizing I had zero propane and a cold house.(my mistake)
Scheduled and paid for a delivery, I asked was told delivery in a few days. I asked is there a way to receive a delivery same day since I was visiting from out of town. I was told yes, pay a fee and receive today. I even commented that the fee was reasonable considering it was considered an emergency. I also asked several times, is this going to happen today?
Answer was yes, pay the fee and get it today.
I call a few hours later and get told, the delivery is set not for today but for three days later. Which I the. explained I’m from out of town and unless I receive a delivery I will be forced to get a hotel room or drive 4 hours back home. Assured a phone call back, that never happened. Then I was brilliantly told if I was a monthly customer, that someone would probably have come. Plus, since it’s their equipment no other propane company would emergency fill. What a joke, drove back to my main house, 4 hours later.
