Let me start by saying that I am not a review kind of person. However, after calling all around trying to find a room to stay in. Leaving messages on every hotels answering machine, i was starting to think finding a room to stay in wasn't even going to be possible.. until around 11:55 pm my phone rings, and I answer. It was (Amy) from Gresham's. Since I was running late she was willing to stay up and wait for me to get there. This young lady was so polite, respectful, and understanding to my situation. I wasn't sure what to expect in a room that was as adorable as this one. Well let me say I was blown away by the cleanliness and the feeling of being at home that I would recommend this hotel to anybody and everybody. Greshams will forever be my hotel when I visit lake wallenpaupack.. and if you want affordable, clean, very cold air conditioning, with just the short walk to the lake look no further. But don't take my word for it check it out for yourself. Thanks again Amy, should be seeing you again soon when traveling through town.

The Gresham's Lakeview Motel lake views are great. I appreciate the motels cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff, ensuring I have a comfortable stay. The rooms have a microwave, fridge and WIFI. The value for the money is well worth it , making it an attractive option for travelers and families. A leisurely walk leads you to Lake Wallenpaupack. With its combination of convenience and location Gresham's Lakeview Motel stands out for those visiting the area.

My stay at this motel has been such a wonderful experience. The accommodations are excellent & Amy does a great job making sure her customers are well taken care of. She is very hospitable & friendly. I would recommend Gresham’s lake view motel to all my family & friends.

Always a great experience when visiting Gresham's Lake View Motel. Amy takes care of the place and is always accommodating. Conveniently located to places to eat and things to do. I would recommend this place if you're visiting the area.

Stayed here multiple times when working on my cabin. Got exactly what I signed up for. Awesome sunsets over the lake. Good food across the driveway and close to everything you need.

This was our first time staying here. We were here for a wedding. The rooms were spacious, the views were incredible. However, what made this the best stay was the staff. They were super friendly and very accommodating. We could not have asked for better :)

I don't like to post negative reviews, as I know first hand how difficult it is to run a business. However, our room had bed bugs. This should be top priority at any hotel or motel.My wife and I have stayed here almost every year, the location and restaurant is great and the rooms were always a little dingy but never had a problem with bugs before. To our horror, on this last trip after a long day we were watching TV in bed and suddenly noticed bugs all over the sheets.We immediately got up and threw everything in garbage bags, showered, and went to the car. Nobody was available at the office. Nobody answered the phone (after countless calls). There was no way we were going to sleep in that bed. We had hoped there was another clean room available, but nobody ever responded. Not a very good way to run a hotel.Everything else was booked up but we ended up finding a hotel an hour away (which was closer than the very long drive home) and ended up paying 240 dollars to stay there for what was a sleepless night (after being in a bed with bugs, we were skeeved out).We had to throw out our clothes, our shoes, pretty much everything. Our long weekend was ruined. It was so bad I doubt we will ever return to the Lake at all. Just a bad experience.

We stayed here about a week ago and it was absolutely wonderful to say the least! As clean as Ive ever seen and run by one of the nicest people ive ever met. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends.

Every year we come back to Gresham’s Lake View Motel the location is spot on there’s shops along the strip which are walking distance and at night you can go right next door to get your favorite ice cream .Amy the 24 hr. on-call attendant always treats us like family when we book our stay not only do they have great hospitality. The food at Gresham chophouse is amazing. The rooms are immaculate at any hour of the night If you need some thing they are there to attend ,the rooms overlook the lake , the sunrises and sunsets are amazing every year we make memories and laughter that will last for lifetime you must come to Greshams hopefully you have as much fun as we do .Thank you for summer and winter (for last minute ski trips) accommodations Amy you rock! Can’t wait to come back it’s like visiting family ?

They never came by during our entire week stay to change out our towels or vacuum. We called the front desk and they said they would but never did unfortunately. Also, fyi, the rooms do not have shampoo. They offered us used bottles they collected over time when we asked...
