“6 weeks in and I've been so impressed by this gym and its programming! The coaches have put together workouts that are challenging to all skill levels, and the vibe is so supportive and friendly. The workouts vary in focus so you don't overwork one area (or skip movements you avoid on your own).Just so much fun - it reminds me of working out with sports teams back when I was in school!”
“Very nice yoga class. It was called power yoga but I would not have classified it as such. Instructor was sweet. There were critters crawling around which makes it a little scary to be doing yoga on the floor, especially if you want to close your eyes. It also smelled like Marijuana heavily until the instructor ran the fan.”
“So far this place in my eyes has been an A1 place. We enrolled my Grandson in Elite Karate. As well as open gym night. The staff in my opinion are very attentive to each child that attends. I will continue to support my Grandson and the Sports Factory of NEPA. Thank you all who share their abilities and kindness with my Grandson and others. “Good variety of fitness equipment. Big rooms and space to work out. Full bathrooms and sauna included. Turbo tanning bed is what sold me. My favorite part is the kids room, so my 3 year old can come with me!”
“We had the zucchini burger, portabello wrap, and portabello burger and all of it was wonderfully fresh, filling, and flavorful. Service was friendly and seating area is very comfortable with air conditioner, Jazz instrumental, and calming environment. Overall it was exactly what I was looking for and I would absolutely recommend this place for lunch!”
