Stayed here about a month ago. The lamb chops made my partner sick. Left a sweatshirt by accident. The hotel called to let me know the sweatshirt had been forgotten but when I came back to pick it up they couldn’t find it.
Won’t stay here again.

My fiancé and I booked the "Spa Getaway by the Falls" and it was great! Patricia and Brittany at the front desk were so nice and very thoughtful. When they found out it was our anniversary, they moved us to an amazing 2-story suite that featured a spiral staircase! Included in the package were breakfast credits to Cocoon- a fantastic café of the property- and dinner credits at Glass Wine Bar & Kitchen- not only great food but we were able to have them send it up via room service. The massages we got form Loren at Vault 240 were phenomenal and it was a pleasure being able to explore such a unique place (an old bank turned into a 1920s era private club). The star of the show was the gorgeous waterfall, and the multitude of decks on the property offered various vantage points to fully appreciate it. We will definitely be going back soon!

Filthy carpet. Over priced!
We were very disappointed.
Rooms so small. Loud air conditioner!
Needs a complete renovation.
Dave and Patricia at reception were great.
The rest of the place soooooooo overated.

This is one of the most gorgeous locales I have ever been too. The outside, the views, the sounds, nature abounds here. This place is stunning. Unfortunately, the food is very underwhelming.

This place is so amazing! Location is perfectly situated along the falls for beautiful views all year round. They did a great job turning this into a hotel. The history behind it is so interesting. The Glass Bar-Restaurant located downstairs serves delicious food and drinks too. Also dog friendly! Different types of packages which is fun to choose from. All the staff are friendly and very helpful! This was our 3rd visit and I highly recommend staying here!

This hotel is very expensive for the accommodations it provides. While the location itself has beautiful elements, our stay was not worth $450 for a one night. The driveway and parking areas don't have helpful signage and the driveway itself is extremely narrow for two-way traffic. Our room was directly by the entrance which meant we had no privacy. The room itself was disappointing for $450, inexpensive microfiber sheets, stains on the walls, ceiling, and carpets, and cracked paint, drywall, and trim. The shower could use a good scrub and the water took about 10 minutes to heat up for a warm shower. Overall, we were very disappointed and wouldn't go back or recommend to anyone who wants to experience appropriate accommodations for the price being paid.

We travel often and have stayed in hotels spanning the spectrum, from 2-star to 5-star accomodations. If we love a place, we make a note to visit again. We will not visit Ledges again. While this hotel does have lovely sitting areas with views of waterfalls and interesting architecture; it is most definitely not worth the price. We spent over $500 for one night for a first floor room with stained furniture and a view of the parking lot. There was no mini-fridge for retaurant leftovers, the TV was so far from the bed you would need distance glasses to watch it, and the noise from floors above kept us awake for hours. As for the service, we had one lovely encounter and one unpleasant with staff. We have stayed in much less expensive rooms with many more features and comfort in lovely areas. It was all VERY disappointing. When visiting the Poconos, unless you have a room discount as part of a wedding party or event, we recommend you avoid Ledges.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Ledges. Every staff member that we interacted with was incredibly helpful and very friendly. The front desk receptionist went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The drinks we got from the bar were great, and the rooms were beautiful. We were more than impressed with every aspect of our stay!

Our room was on the first floor with a view of… the parking lot along with all the sounds that go with it. This a very photogenic hotel so I won’t deny that we got some great photos. However, the bathroom was outdated and not maintained, and as far as the rest of the room - you could tell they were doing their best. But the certain spots like the walls had dust/dirt and although the bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft, the comforter was light and flimsy. Not cosy at all. Our reservation came with a breakfast credit and I’ll say this - the coffee was not bad (and I am picky- I won’t even drink Starbucks)!
I’d come back to eat at the restaurant because we didn’t get to try it but I don’t think I’ll come back as a guest until they can renovate… though they might be the best accoms in the area.
*the 2 bed suites seem better but I toured them and just feel like it’s more of the same just with extra room.
Rooms: Overpriced for what they are / offer
Noteworthy details: Don’t expect a great view unless you want to look at parked cars

Where to start... drove 2 hours to take my wife here for our wedding anniversary. arrived just in time for our dinner reservation time a 7:30 we talked to the hostess and gave our name and reservation time and he informs us there is a 30-45 minute wait. we decided to just get a drink and hangout since we were kid free and staying at the hotel. 50 minutes later we go back and another hostess tells us its still going to be 30 min until we would be seating. so we decided to sit and eat in there self serve sofa and coffee table area for out anniversary dinner. the server forgot to put our drink order in. only thing good was the sliders and French fries. once finished we went to our room to check out the view and sit back and relax with a view.... of the parking lot area and the cliff wall with the trash can and ladder that was just to the left of our balcony. also the floor upstairs was sloped toward the spiral stair case and every time you got out of bed it felt like you were going to fall over. needless to say i will never be going back.
Food and drinks: terrible customer service and poor management. food was decent just usually prefer to sit at a table and not a sofa and coffee table. also like to get seated when you have a set reservation.

We were blessed with one of the most beautiful suites we've ever stayed in. It was a 2-story with living room, kitchen and powder room downstairs and a spiral staircase leading up to the bedroom and bathroom with soaking tub and rain shower. The piece de resistance was the view overlooking the Paupack Falls. One could sit and stare at this spectacle for hours. The Glass Bar and Restaurant served outstanding food, the best we've had at a restaurant in over a decade. The staff was friendly and everything about our two nights was magnificent. We hope to go back another time.
