I've used Pocono fuels three times now, they've always been completely professional and we're able to accommodate me quickly. Their prices are very competitive, and there are no surprise costs.

The entire office staff at Pocono fuels as well as their delivery driver have always gone above and beyond to get a fuel delivery to my home within a day if not the same day when I call. The Ladies in the office are always so friendly and eager to help . Thank you all !!!!

I read the other review and I am shocked. We have been customers of Pocono Oil and Propane for 18 years and have NEVER had a problem. Any time I call we receive a delivery in 24- 48 hours at the latest. We had one emergency (with and empty tank) and received the oil by end of day. The staff has always been helpful and friendly.

Suppose to be on auto delivery. Oil tank alarm goes off for low fuel. (10 gallons in tank) its 16 degrees. We call them for emergency delivery and they tell me to go get 5 gallons at a gas station. Totally unprofessional. Another company came within 1.5 hours. They just lost a 15 year customer.
