“Steven at the White Mills Post Office gives some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Even though he’s still fairly new, he has already made such a positive impression on so many customers including myself in a short amount of time. He is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful to everyone who comes in. One thing I’ve noticed right away is how clean and fresh the office smells when you walk in, which really makes the place feel comfortable and cared for. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants customers to have a good experience. It’s rare to find someone with this level of professionalism and personality nowadays. Honestly one of the best postal clerks I’ve ever dealt with!”
