This has to be one the worst banking experiences, you are blocked from every online purchase, every in store purchase This bank does everything to keep you from. Accessing your own money. Customer service at some locations is ok but most are rude and seemingly unwilling to wanna help

By far, this is the worst branch.I go to the Welwood Ave location,Indian Orchard & Main St in Honesdale.The people in all those branches have always been nice,friendly & professional.I visited this branch today,I had the worst customer service. The young girl was not nice or friendly.
