I've been here several times always. A great experience from security to the receiving office. Tom comes in at 10 PM. Will get you unloaded fast and out the door never been there more than an hour and a 1/2 best Cargill. I go to bar none.

Great place to pu. Everyone (you too security) friendly and professional. In and out for drop. Some tight spots but nobody died yet. Office at end marked driver's lounge. Make sure trailer clean and full of fuel. No real parking nearby, a few small truck stops. No overnight but bathroom and coffee vending machine.

Friendly guard. Second entrance. Tight drop lots. Tight spaces to get trailers for exit. Otherwise quick easy. Had a drop hook. Waited til drop dead time to pick up and was ready.

They took me 4 hours before my appointment. Make sure the trailer fuel level is at least 3/4 or they send you back to fuel first and then come back. You’ve to disconnect the trailer and park elsewhere with your bobtail. The problem occurred when nobody had reached out to me for almost 7 hours. Granted I should’ve checked but they didn’t even bother telling me and moved my trailer somewhere in the yard and then lost it. I asked if I’m done they said yeah almost the moment I dropped it. The point is, don’t trust them with being organized. You’ve to take the initiative yourself and keep checking every hour.

One of the most stupid and tedious docks I've ever backed into. Space isn't the problem, it's the lack of lighting and lines and you have to back into their dock JUST RIGHT so the lock will engage. Thirty minutes wiggling back and forth. Someone could have at least raised the door so I could get some light. Well designed docks have brightly painted lines and adequate lighting for a reason, it's not just a decoration. Get it together.

The old lady at check in window she is not nice always tells you to come back at certain time that is convenient for her even if the trailer is ready

Cargill needs to have a phone number that is valid and working that drivers can call.

Pull up to gate. Really nice guard. Give po number 076 077 number. Guard will check fuel, back of trailer. Turn reefer on so they hear stop. Drop trailer where told. Yard jockey will chase you down if you drop in wrong place. Go to shipping office. Fill out form. If load ready pull to guard shack and check out. I did not park on site when load wasn’t ready. Bobtailed to Fuel on.

Comments for reefer load delivery. Check in with security at gate. You will need your paperwork and drivers license. Security will verify temp on reefer and examine seal. Don’t break seal, proceed to the office and give them the paperwork. They will let you know if/to break seal. A door will be assigned, tandems back, doors open, disconnect trailer hoses, dolly down and pull bobtail slightly forward. An employee will come outside and place a lock on the air supply. When they are done, an employee will come outside again with the documents. Stop at guard on the way out-they have to look inside trailer. My appointment was at 0700. I checked in at 0605 and they had me unloaded and gone by 0744. Really nice staff from security to dock and office. Adequate room here to set up and back up. No overnight parking. I didn’t try their cafeteria but other reviews said it was great. There’s a Loves approximately 24 miles away I 80 exit 242. There are also a couple of small truck stops near this facility. You have to get to the truck stops fairly early or it gets crazy crowded. Lots of “creative parking” at Loves.
