“This store is a breath of fresh air- it’s so nice to go into a store where someone genuinely tries to help, offers suggestions, and actually seems to enjoy it. Too many times I’ve tried to get a salesperson’s attention and the response is an eye roll because their phone is more important than a human being. That is never the case in this store. A few years ago, they did lose my business because of an arrogant staff, however over the last year the atmosphere is so much better and I would highly recommend giving it another chance !”
“It’s a typical Old Navy nothing to brag about the service has always been good here, my problem is the employee have to show a vaccine card to the higher ups or be forced to wear a mask, I will not patronize any store that does this, either brick and mortar or online, human resource are not Doctors and nurses it’s no ones bossiness.”
