The process involves checking in with a guard, dropping an empty trailer on the right-hand side of the yard, and picking up a loaded one from the left. To reach the shipping door, drivers must go around the back of the building; it is often the last dock on the end, which requires a blind-side back. Smells of chocolate everywhere, everyone is always wearing their PPE gloves, hairnets, safety glasses, hard hats, uniforms, ear plugs. Everything is always cleaned every night and day everyone washes their hands continuously, it's a very clean place to make delicious chocolate.

I work nearby the Hershey plant, and honestly, the smell of fresh air mixed with chocolate is one of the best perks of the job! 🍫😂 It’s like Mother Nature decided to open a chocolate factory and forgot to close the windows. Thanks, Hershey, for making the whole neighborhood smell delicious! 🍫
