Melinda the office manager & Frank the technician were both very professional & courteous! Maria in customer service was very helpful!
Initial experience with automation/texting/bots etc was not productive & less than pleasant… trying to reschedule the appointment via the robot, The website, the online experience in general…not up to par…once I was able to get a customer service rep named Maria on the phone rescheduling went very smoothly! And Had an excellent experience at the actual
appointment! I’ll take humans over bots every day of the week!!!! Five stars for Melinda, Frank & Maria…zero stars for the bots…

This was one of the easiest and pleasant experiences with a company. Replacing a windshield isn't cheap and we called alot of places. Safelite is comparable to all those out there. Also their reputation was a reason we decided to go with them. I went online, filled in some information for a quote and within seconds in my email was everything I needed to decide, purchase and schedule an appointment. Next day service, Justin came to our home and within a half hour brand new windshield. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Safelite.
