“My wife and I live in North Carolina and had purchased a 2023 Sprinter Cargo Extended van to use for traveling our AKC Great Dane show dogs. After conducting market research, I selected Cicioni's due to their years of experience and specialty in upfitting animal transport vehicles. Our show schedule travels us into the southeast during summer months and the northeast during the winter so we needed an HVAC system for the van's cargo area that could stand up to driving 10 hours on a clear 95+ degree day and heat a large vehicle in sub-freezing temperatures. My preferences were a split HVAC system and avoiding rooftop component placement. After reviewing multiple options with Al, we selected the Webasto Kiev system and arranged for the installation. Dale (Al's senior installer) who is highly skilled and very detail oriented, did a factory quality installation turning the van around on schedule. During a recent November trip to the northeast I discovered the heat was not functioning. As luck had it, the show was 30 minutes away from Hazelton, PA so I called Al and Dale to explain the issue. Despite Al having service schedule conflicts, I was expedited for the following morning. Dale promptly diagnosed the issue as a frozen water control value. Due to Al's service schedule, part availability and my show schedule, the work could not be completed during my trip. Dale arranged for the part to be delivered to North Carolina and provided on phone support walking me through all of the installation steps. After swapping parts the system is working flawlessly. I want to thank Al and Dale for their professional service and commitment to great customer service.”

I need it and the value one and I got a red top Series battery around the same price as the value battery. The counterman named Steve was great help and found a way to make a sale. It’s hard to find good counter these days. I have to say the store has my thumbs up approval.”

“Back in September I ordered all my OEM parts from this dealership. I didn't want to use aftermarket junk on my 2018 Sonic project car. I had Fairway paint the bumper and the hood. Since my car is a special edition color, they had to order the paint. When it came to painting time, the color matching was really good.
