I recently visited, and I had a fantastic experience, thanks to one of the employees, Jessica Garcia. From the moment I walked in, Jessica was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
I was looking for a specific part for my car, and Jessica not only found it quickly but also took the time to explain the installation process. Their expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
It's rare to find such dedicated and customer-focused service nowadays. I highly recommend this AutoZone location, and if you have any questions or need assistance, Jessica is the person to ask for!

Although not enough cashier workers they did have self checkout but nobody seemed to notice. Employees did their best to answer questions.

Soon as I walked in a gentleman asked me if he could help me even with customers all over the place but I believe some employees that speak Spanish were helping other people who spoke the same language so I didn't know what register to go to with some confusion of others. But when I got to tell the gentleman that I needed windshield wipers for my truck he showed me what size I needed and where they were, the difference in each one because of the price of them, very helpful and he knew what he was talking about, at least I hope, lol. I bought wipers for my Toyota 4 runner that would or I should say should last at least 2 yrs. at the price of $ 14.99 for 1 blade so they we're around $32.00, forgot 1 of them a different size but I believe it was the same price. Then I asked if he could give me a price on a truck battery since I was having trouble with my truck not starting one day he looked them up on computer for me and gave me a decent price on one forgot the name it cost $99.02 installed and them taking the core. So that wasn't a bad price at all. So then another gentleman took over and came out and put my new battery in. Very nice informative employees.

This location have rude personels, have no customer service whatsoever. Specially the white hair guy, have no manners and very rude. You walk in the store and he just stares and attends another person before you. They need to re-trained them all and be more polite towards others.

Sometimes there are employees who don't explain it to you and the one on the shelves says one price and when you are going to pay it is another and on top of that they speak badly to you, especially the manager or a dark-skinned man who speaks Spanish. I should put another one that is friendlier

In a rural part of PA, about 20-30mins from I-80 but worth stopping if you have a pressing car issue.I had my battery poles adjusted since my car would frequently disconnect from it. All free of charge.
