Terrible! Price raised from $60 to $180 in about a year! Yes! To $180!!! Ridiculous, slide that you put the lock in, is Rusted and very rough to move into position and put lock in! Wouldn't recommend this Storage facility to anyone and suggest find one anywhere else in a 50 mile radius! Good Luck on a better Storage facility!

This year when we arrived at Storage Sense in July, the Store Manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. She worked overtime to get me registered. She accepted my second payment over the phone and sent a receipt immediately. I have total confidence in Storage Sense because of the Store Manager.

Very easy to rent. My rental was done online. I was immediately sent a follow up email from the manager. Online payments are simple. If I had questions they were immediately addressed. I would highly recommend Storage Sense!!

Customer service was great. Really nice guy and the manager at the store called to make sure i was up to date on paperwork and that everything would go smoothly for me using my unit from purchase on. Was greatly appreciated.
