There was a long line upon arrival but I waited at least 15min but when it was my turn I was greeted and treated nicely.Rachel helped me immediately open up a checking account. I’m so glad I came to this location she has great customer service skills, works quickly and diligently. I also brought my 2 year old so she was very friendly and was patient and very helpful. When I want to do business in the branch I will be sure to return to this location to see Rachel. I needed other documents to open my new account so I was able to go to my car and come back and still have my place in line to be seen right away. All woman branch I love the energy and just the way they run the place is great. It’s a small bank but clean and enough room for everyone to be privately serviced and keep distance.

This bank is AWFUL!!!!! Supposed to be open, I drove 30 minutes to make a deposit and there's NOBODY here. I tried calling and the phone just picks up to nothing. Never coming here again.

Paying off loan at BBT. Needed payoff amount. Took from 9:39am to 11:34am on Tuesday, April 16 to get this simple number. 15 total calls (inbound and outbound combined) to get answer. In total spent over an hour on hold. Along the way, I called BBT complaint line, explained problem, asked for help. Got put on hold for 8 minutes, then got a representative who said they couldn't help me. When I called Hazleton Branch during normal business hours, the phone rang and rang...then I got a message saying to call back during normal business hours. BBT is on a rip to buy every bank they can. The BBT / SunTrust merger makes them the 6th largest bank in the USA...good luck to all of us caught up in their gears.

the atm alot of down time.. fees.. No customer appreciation anything... all about profit... Whoever runs this the upper managment should be fired... All banks are atrocious.... and bbt leads the way...
