Boost Mobile offers super good service with very cool agents who treat clients well. Customers changed from another company to this one and love the treatment of clients. Staff always look for ways to meet customer needs, and people who work there are wonderful. The experience feels like night and day compared to earlier visits, showing improvement over 2 ½ years. Excellent Excellent Customer Service is reported, and customers in Columbia County Bloomsburg Pa and Ist Time find the Boost Location convenient.
Jordan was AMAZING. I woke up with a busted phone screen and needed to go buy a new. He had me in and out of the store in 1 hour, new phone and everything transferred over. He helped me get a great deal, was very knowledgeable, and explained all my options. Will go back specifically for him!
