Always had a good experience here, but not this time! 5 weeks still haven’t received my glasses, asked when to expect them was told “I have no idea” , poor customer service!

I have been trying to call the Hazelton optical center from 530 pm till 6 pm (Monday). No answer. No machine to leave a message. My glasses are broke and only pair I have. I suppose they bailed out early today. ( Open till 6).
