Been a dedicated customer with this bank for 3 years now.
Just broke seven bones in a head-on collision I spent 21 days in cedar Crest when I got out I wasn't able to get a phone because I had to go everywhere and into T-Mobile to be able to prove that I was that person because I couldn't get any verification code sent to the two-factor authentication so the insurance just kept taking money from my account I contacted the insurance and I contacted the bank. Insurance kept taking the money in the bank just kept paying. After about 60 days when my body had recovered enough because I broken seven bones and was completely non-weight-bearing left side injuries I was able to limp into the bank just straighten out this problem the way they straighten this problem out was they let the insurance company keep all the money they didn't take any responsibility for any of it and they took my check which was $200 because the bank had been in arrears now for 80 bucks cuz they had taken $200 for a car that have been totaled over the course of insurance for 3 months. This left the total of $119 remaining that they were supposed to transfer over into the other account.
I went to the airport road Branch division this morning as I have an appointment with Honda and with cricket to get a new phone and I stopped in there and come to find out I don't even have a bank account this woman at the place in Freeland took my check and issued a cashier's check and sent it to my house four blocks away after closing my account like I have some way to cash a freaking cashier's check now that she's closed my account.....
The woman at the store at the airport road I'm not going to say any names cuz that would be on Christian of me but all she had to do was call that person that was it all she had to do was call this person she made me drive my car out here to be able to straighten this out with the bank out here in Freeland and now I'm being told the same thing that my money is just in the are somewhere and like now my Honda appointment is screwed I can't deposit checks to be able to pay for the car stuff that I need......
Like you could have made a phone call.
It was not that serious
I don't think that this woman working at the Freeland Branch should be working there anymore I think she's too old and I think she makes mistakes

I don't get the negative reviews. Have never had a bad experience in the many years here. Wouldn't even think about switching.

This bank is the worst bank you can possibly be at. I went there to do a wire transfer which they refused to do because they thought what I was doing was a scam so they ended up keeping $35,000 of my money and restricted my account for about a month and would not tell me why they were doing it. We called everyday to try and get MY MONEY BACK and all they would do is make excuses or hang up on us even to a point they blocked my number and told me I'f I come in the bank they would call the cops even though they had 35k of my money. They had us worried sick that we would never get the money back the way they we're handling the situation. I was already trying to find lawyers and was going to take them to court and calling anyone I could. What bank is aloud to keep your money and not give it back to you and have your account restricted for over a month for no reason. We almost did not get our money back. Please do not put your money in this bank. Once it gets in their hands they feel like they can do whatever they want with your money. To add the manager is the worst and the other woman that works in the private room. They closed my account out and I had $100 in it and now they are keeping my money that I had in my account and will not give it back and everytime I call they hang up on me. This is honestly the worst bank I have ever been in my life I don't know how there in business. BEWARE AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE BANK WHERE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR MONEY.

It is completely ridiculous that this bank is drive through only it makes it such a complete hassle, and waste of time to make transactions. The staff and especially the branch manager are extremely condescending and flat out rude which is completely unacceptable in a customer service role. I believe you need to hire more people so the branch can run properly, and make sure the employees that are there have a more professional attitude. I will be closing my accounts with your bank as this is not the first time I have been treated poorly at this branch it seems to trickle down from the branch Manager as a acceptable way to treat customers.

you can never get through to this branch on the phone it puts you on hold then disconnects you Ridiculous I can call any other branch and they answer. so have to go through customer care they THEY transfer your call to them....

Rudest bank I have ever went to employees are cocky and ignorant never helpful never answer the phone and god forbid you ask them for help with something never had any issues with community bank besides this location it’s a shame how they run this poor service comes down to poor management. Miss the location is Dickson city that closed :( they were always polite and helpful

I have never been to a bank where the tellers are as slow& I mean slow as this bank!! It's totally ridiculous. If you're making multiple deposits be prepared to be there at least an hr. Smh

Worst bank in the area. You never know if the lobby is open or closed because whenever they don’t want to work they “close lobby due to the pandemic,” the drive thru backs up all the way to the highway, and god forbid if ANYONE ever answers the phone.
