Took my car there for wheel alignment. I paid $109, including taxes and credit card charges expecting a quick and professional job. Instead I got a headache. The alignment was done so poorly that my car pulled to one side even worse than before. Customer service was just as bad unhelpful and dismissive. They probably thought I was going to ask for free service. Very helpful and respectful with his white customers. For example, a white lady was going to pay with credit card and the guy who was taking care of her told her that he was going to charge 3% fee if she pay with credit card. Then, he suggested her to bring the money later so she doesn’t have to pay the 3%. However; he charged me the 3% without any hesitation and didn’t offer me the same treatment. I assumed that because I looked Latino. I would never come back to this place and if you value your money and time take your car somewhere else.

I pay $160 cash for alignment and balancing the tire and they didn’t do anything on my car in the diagnostic they tell me the i have to change some parts i have to leave the shop without getting the car fixed. But I did pay as I said for poor service
If you want good service I recommend go to KEN’S TIRES INC. I when there and the same service WAS $85 and more more better quality without charging any parts. Im not get it paid for this just want to let you know. Just feel disappointed for this place

Were excellent with my Chester (jeep)! Gave him a full check up roof to tires, had an oil change and new filters! Need to go back for a few minor repairs and an alignment. Everyone was very friendly and kept me informed!!
