My inhaler was in process for a week. No one answered the phone for days so when i went there they said o it was marked out of stock but its not. Like its ok! Some people need there meds to keep them alive. Not that anyone in this pharmacy cares

The pharmacy refuses to answer their phone! They say that they don’t have enough employees working to open their drive up window yet you go in and there are more employees working in the pharmacy than they’ve ever had before! I tried to go online to set up delivery and the site won’t allow me to add my sons script along with mine to be delivered. The last time that I was there the girl at the window said just call if you want free delivery because with Covid you can get free delivery now. Well I called and I’m waiting forever on the phone to get through to someone. I blame this on poor Management! If I were managing the pharmacy I had would have one person on drive up window and one person on phone! In between they could do other work as assigned!

Last few times I was in there nobody was on a register and the one person working (other than the pharmacy) was assisting a caller for 10 minutes while actual in-person customers waited for assistance. Yesterday literally zero employees could be found. I needed an SD card which was on a locked rack. After several minutes without seeing any employees I was able to remove the card by tearing the top of the package and use the self checkout. I’ll go the extra 3 blocks to rite-aid from now on. CVS was MUCH better in their smaller store in the Churchill mall.

Kudos to the pharmacy women. Every time I need help or advice they are spot on. All the techs are friendly and welcoming even when the insurance company is hell to work with. They went out of their way today to look for alternative methods to combat a huge copay. I can’t say enough about this crew at Church St. I’ve worked as a pharmacy tech and the job is much more than counting pills and putting them in a bottle. Thank you again gurls. You rock!
