CVS offers great customer service, with helpful and energetic management and friendly pharmacist workers. Customers appreciate the professionalism and consideration of the staff, especially during vaccination visits. However, there is a concern regarding pharmacy hours, as they are only open from 9 am to 6 pm, which makes it difficult for those with standard work hours to pick up prescription medications.
Takes too long to fill prescriptions. Sometimes 8-10 days. Not to mention I have been on hold for 31 minutes and counting to speak to them about their error on a script that is ready, but won’t pick up until it’s fixed. No one should have to wait on hold this long! Switching to another pharmacy asap.

Prescription was called in tues it’s now Friday and still not filled I’m switching to rite aid asap I’m tired of cvs making me go there before they start filling my prescription ?
