I just left Rite Aid pharmacy for the very last time. They have the most rude and ignorant people working at the pharmacy window. So demeaning and refusing to even show the least bit of kindness, understanding and explaining anything. So done.
I’m not sure where Mark and Ryan went, but those two were the best. Whoever this new crew is is horrible.

This is a nice CVS store overall. I frequently use the online ordering with pickup in store. It is (usually) convenient and fast. When I say usually, the times this location lacks efficiency are generally when there is a manager near the checkout area. Managers need to coach and talk to employees when the checkout line is NOT backed up. Let the friendly, efficient ginger-headed man do his consistently awesome job! No need to distract him! I search the website for coupons and always find one. I frequently have some CVS rewards cash to apply to purchases, too. Parking is good here although it gets hectic during busy times such as Friday and Saturday mid-day. I purchase Zarbee's Elderberry syrup here. I had it just in time to fight the flu! And I also purchase Preservision here because the digital coupons save more than elsewhere. Stay healthy, fellow Yelpers and shoppers! Keep this CVS in mind for your needs!

Takes too long to fill prescriptions. Sometimes 8-10 days. Not to mention I have been on hold for 31 minutes and counting to speak to them about their error on a script that is ready, but won’t pick up until it’s fixed. No one should have to wait on hold this long! Switching to another pharmacy asap.

Prescription was called in tues it’s now Friday and still not filled I’m switching to rite aid asap I’m tired of cvs making me go there before they start filling my prescription ?

Always count your pills. I was short many, many times, they don't care. And sometimes you get half and then the other half and it costs double

The management here is always so helpful and energetic! Great customer service all the way around! The pharmacist workers are super nice as well!

I have been using this Pharmacy for the past year because I am being treated for cancer in NJ and Pa. Today is absolutely the last time… staff is RUDE Prescriptions called in 24 hours ago not ready AGAIN. The staff is incompetent. Got three texts from CVS to pick up prescription. Got to store…they didn’t even start to fill prescription and blame corporate for the error! The worst kind of people work at this store

Pharmacy personnel are very rude, no concern that there is a huge line of customers waiting. No front cash registers open. Worst CVS I have ever been in.

Pharmacy does not answer the phone. Front of store just transfers you back to pharmacy. Find another location.

Had my flu & shingle shot administer by the young female pharmacist @ the store on church St Hazleton. God Bless her she was amazing, totally professional & considerate even though she was being pulled in all directions. She is a true asset to this company

Good service, the only detail is that the service in the pharmacy area is from 9am to 6pm, people who work from 7am to 6pm are not able to arrive in time to buy prescription medications.

Get a prescription renewed for cough medicine and get a bottle half full !!! Place sucks!
