I would recommend that the staff be a little more friendly to customers regarding customer service.

Easy place to drop off packages only problem is a 55 lb weight limit

Dropped off the package and didn't get a slip. I have no clue if the package made it to its destination. The worker took my phone number or email into her hand held scanner, but then had to reboot it,
