Went in today to buy a power tool for a home project I am doing awesome customer service from the girl with crazy curly hair (sorry don’t know what her name is but she speaks Spanish) , very knowledgeable and attentive. The store is organized and clean!!!

I’ve been to other Harbor Freights, but hands down this was the best experience I ever had!! Special shoutout to Jamesey!! For taking the extra time to ensure I got the best deal. He recognized a product I was buying and did his due diligence to find a coupon I was unaware of.It’s the little things that matter. Jamesey’s customer service is 10 out of 10 !! He had great energy and it literally made my day.Thanks again Jamesey !! Keep it up!
